About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at All Health Matters. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out health surveillance medicals in accordance with defined standards and under the remote supervision of our senior clinical team.
  • Update our online OH database with accurate records of appointments, medical test results, and relevant notes and information.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for our company, promoting our values and ethos in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Protect sensitive data and maintain confidentiality in accordance with our cyber security protocols.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in an Occupational Health role or a similar field.
  • Ability to work from our East London clinic and occasionally from client sites.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Understanding and respect for medical confidentiality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
