About the Role: As a Sales Business Development Representative at Pearlfinders, you'll be responsible for generating conversations with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and arranging tailored screenshare video demonstrations with potential customers. You'll work closely with our senior team to build targeted prospect follow-up programmes and attend weekly meetings with the management and marketing teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need bags of energy and motivation, a desire to work hard to exceed KPI targets, great attention to detail and writing skills, and brilliant verbal communication skills. You'll be degree educated, with some relevant commercial experience, and be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you'll receive a competitive commission structure, as well as benefits such as a pension scheme, free Caravan coffee, and access to a stunning serviced workspace in Shoreditch.
