Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development team at Pearlfinders | The Sales Intelligence Platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a genuine interest in business, brands, marketing, sponsorship, people, and technology.

Job Description
  • Generate conversations with prospective customers through outreach by phone, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Qualify opportunities using intelligent, insight-led questioning.
  • Arrange tailored screenshare video demonstrations with potential customers.
  • Buid targeted prospect follow-up programmes using Salesforce and your own analysis.
  • Attend weekly meetings with management and marketing teams to ensure prospect experience feeds back into business strategy.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus commission structure, outstanding training and support, and a fun, close-knit working environment.
