About the Role

The Commercial Business Development Representative is a targeted, commissioned role working in the Business Development Team that forms part of our Direct Sales team.

You will be responsible for sourcing and managing a list of leads in order to create new opportunities with both Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses. This requires forming trusted relationships with Sales and BDR Management, the wider Sales team, Marketing, and your Business Development Representative peers.

Native-level communication in English (written and spoken) is a must. Excellent written, verbal, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, reflects the challenging nature of this position.
