About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at ID Agency. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple retail stores within your designated area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily sales targets with full accountability for your performance.
  • Submit end-of-day sales reports to track your progress and successes.
  • Introduce customers to new brands and products, converting them into loyal buyers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to maximize your sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with your client lead to ensure you're hitting targets and growing your sales skills.

About You:

  • Previous sales experience is ideal, but if you have the drive and belief that you can sell, we want to meet you.
  • You must be confident in using online tools for tracking sales and reporting insights.
  • You should be goal-oriented and driven by financial incentives.
  • You must be comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands.
