We're on a mission to bridge the digital divide and empower distributed organisations to connect with their frontline workforce like never before. As a Sales Business Development Representative at Joinblink, you'll play a vital role in acquiring new business by working closely with our cutting-edge platform.

You'll be joining a fast-growing international Sales team, focusing on inbound leads to grow our customer base. With a strong understanding of SaaS software and the customer lifecycle, you'll excel at building exceptional rapport with prospective customers and qualifying their pain points with precision & depth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with prospective customers to understand their needs and map our solution to their problems.
  • Building trust & credibility through networking at conferences & awards.
  • Collaborating with an SDR to ensure a steady flow of inbound activity.
  • Defining growth strategies for inbound sales with the Head of Sales.

In return, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
