Solar Business Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Business Expansion Manager to join Prosper Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business expansion in the commercial solar sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in renewable energy sales and business development, with expertise in acquiring new commercial contracts across various sectors.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to identify and acquire new customers, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Key skills and qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of business development experience in commercial solar energy solutions.
- A proven track record of acquiring and managing commercial contracts.
- Strong network within the manufacturing, warehousing, industrial, agriculture, and retail sectors.
What We Offer:
This role comes with a competitive salary package including commission structure, company car, pension contributions, and opportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly expanding sector. Estimated annual salary: $140,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.
