Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Ecisolutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing client base while independently generating new sales opportunities.
About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will have a strong consultative approach, using your knowledge of software sales and the Office Product and Distribution industry to build relationships with clients and drive business growth. You will be working closely with other departments within ECI to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of products and services to existing Distribution users.
- Perform product demonstrations and have in-depth discussions with business owners and decision makers.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain customer relationships.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and concerns via phone or email.
- Support the implementation of marketing plans as needed to drive business growth.
- Achieve consistently high monthly revenue targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A proven track record of B2B sales experience in the software industry.
- Familiarity with the Office Product and Distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
- A consistent history of acquiring net new business.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience),
