Support Teacher for Children with Disabilities

We're seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our client school in Milton Keynes. As a SEN Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting students with varying needs, both in and out of the classroom.
Main Responsibilities- Implement individualized support plans to help students achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver a comprehensive educational experience.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
