At Jobwise Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with proven experience in a front office or reception role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of house services, greeting and directing visitors, and handling all incoming and outgoing mail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of FM practices and procedures would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff
  • Manage the front of house services, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, including courier bookings
  • Maintain the high standards of the front of house and office areas
  • Administer parking spaces and allocate visitor spaces
  • Arrange taxis for clients, staff, and visitors as requested
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, plus benefits including holiday entitlement, free parking, and discounted gym membership. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and the position is based in a state-of-the-art office facility with excellent transport links.
