Front of House Manager

**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Manager to join our team at Integral UK LTD.
This part-time position involves working 3 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, switchboard, and other site-related duties, ensuring that all services are provided in an effective, efficient, and compliant manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing, coordinating, and escalating as appropriate any facilities-related matters
- Greeting, assisting, and directing candidates, new hires, visitors, and contractors to the appropriate member of staff
- Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone, email, and other queries
- Maintaining high standards of the Front of House and office areas, keeping them in good order
- Administration of parking spaces, allocating visitor spaces
You will also assist in coordinating the repair and maintenance of the site and office equipment, monitor and ensure office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to the highest quality, champion company office policies and procedures, report office recycling figures to JLL Work Dynamics, provide contractor management as required, and perform ad-hoc cleaning as needed.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, business administration knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary:** £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience
