Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Healthcare Leadership at Healthcare Ireland Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, ongoing training and development, and a contributory pension scheme.

About the Role:

  • Leading by example, inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
  • Working closely with the Home Manager to oversee every aspect of the Home's operation, from ensuring regulatory compliance to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with commissioners and referrers to enhance service delivery and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of the statutory requirements associated with the care of the elderly
  • An active NMC pin as a Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience AND at least 2 years' experience gained as Nurse in Charge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
