Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team at Gold Group Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR Administration regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process benefits activities for new starters and existing employees, including insurances, holiday trading, cycle to work schemes, childcare vouchers, Gympass, Green Car options, salary finance, and long service awards.
  • Monitor salary sacrifice deductions against employee salaries in line with legislation.
  • Apply National Minimum Wage legislation when processing benefit allowance requests.
  • Validate payroll calculations to ensure benefit changes align with policy and legislation.
  • Support the Team Leader in data collection and analysis across the team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
What We Offer:
  • $26,000 per annum.
  • 24 days' holiday per annum.
  • Variable annual bonus up to 15% of salary.

Newcastle, with flexible working arrangements that include 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work from home.
