Pharmacist Manager Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Medicine Team Lead to join our pharmacy team in Oxford, UK. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee daily activities, manage inventory, and lead the team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of professionalism.
Requirements
  • A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Proven experience in managing a pharmacy or healthcare team, demonstrating leadership skills and strategic thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
