Your Role: As a Client Support Professional, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Mercedes-Benz branch in Inverness. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to our customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience. This may involve collaborating with other teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions and events, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

**Salary:** £27,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
