Do you have a passion for financial planning and a knack for delivering excellent results? The Recruitment Council is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in the financial services industry.

About the Role

This salaried position is ideal for someone who enjoys financial planning but prefers to work behind the scenes. As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO/Lead Adviser in managing clients' financial needs and questions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing high-quality financial planning reports for clients, including risk assessment, retirement planning, investment planning, and budget analysis.
  • Preparing records of advice for local and offshore investments, life insurance, estate planning, and budgeting.
  • Staying up-to-date with tax and legal changes affecting clients.
  • Capturing all client contact in the CRM system.
  • Becoming proficient in planning and CRM tools to improve processes and automation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial planning, with knowledge of life insurance, investments, estate planning, and budgeting.
  • A love for financial planning and helping people achieve their financial goals.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Word.
  • RE 5 and up-to-date with Product Specific Training, Class of Business Training, and CPD requirements.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
