Location: Campbeltown & Islay
Job Type: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week
Salary: £24,051 - £25,494 per annum (pro rata) / £12.04 per hour based on qualifications, skills and experience
Car Driver Essential
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our Campbeltown and Islay Housing Support teams. As a Support Practitioner, you will provide flexible, person-centred support to individuals and families in both one-to-one settings or through our drop-in services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals and families in developing their life skills, money management skills, and raise their confidence and self-esteem.
- Provide practical support in the home, including assisting with form filling, benefit applications, and signposting to other services.
- Develop and maintain personalised support plans for individuals with complex challenges.
What We Offer:
- Anti-social hours payment of up to £1209 when undertaking waking night shift (11pm-7am)
- Time and a half payment for hours worked over 37.5 hours per week (averaged over the pay period)
- Enhanced mileage payment of 45p per mile
- 35 days' holiday per year, increasing to 40 days with length of service
