About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with learners in Residential Childcare settings, assessing and supporting them to achieve their goals. As a Residential Childcare Assessor, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and supporting a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Supporting learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
- Ideal experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare ideally up to Level 5.
- To hold a minimum of 2 years' occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting.
- To hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- To be flexible with travel.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience). You will also receive an Excellent Benefits Package, Bonus, Pension, Expenses + much more.
