Job Title: Children Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children Residential Care Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting positive relationships and a sense of community among residents and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Enhanced DBS check and ability to provide references.
