This Administrative Specialist - Pensions role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will join our Governance team, working closely with the Pensions Administration team to deliver exceptional service to clients and maintain high standards for their underlying schemes.

This role requires regular presence at our Exeter office.

  • Effective communication with clients on non-complex matters via Teams, letters, emails, and phone calls when necessary.
  • Meeting deadlines while maintaining high work quality.
  • Prior administrative experience is desirable, and knowledge of pensions is beneficial but not essential.
Requirements:
  • GCSE-level education, including Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or above.
  • Proficiency in IT, with experience using MS Office and other relevant systems.

Estimated Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per year, based on location and experience.
