UK Sales Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team of 10 in the UK, managing a portfolio of capital equipment sales to academic institutions and end users across various engineering disciplines. This field-based managerial role requires strong commercial awareness, technical sales management experience, and a valid UK driving license.
This is a Monday-Friday role, with occasional overnights and travel to Europe at least twice a year. You will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and generating new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, commercial awareness, and technical sales management experience. You will be a key member of the sales team, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
The compensation package includes a salary of £60,000-£80,000, expensed company car or £500pcm car allowance, credit card, pension, mobile, laptop, enhanced sick pay, and on-going manufacturers training.
