Job Summary

Devon Training Hub is seeking a highly skilled General Practitioner to join our team as a Health Inequalities Fellow. This is a unique opportunity to work with us to develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce health inequalities in our community.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will participate in an educational program, including peer-learning groups and collaboration with subject matter experts, to explore approaches to reducing health inequalities. They will also work with multi-professional members of the Primary Care Network team to support their understanding of health inequalities and their role in reducing them.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a General Practitioner with a strong understanding of Primary Care in England and its interface with secondary care. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of regularly working as a clinician in general practice, with current full registration with the GMC, and a current clinical commitment of not less than 3 sessions a week.
