Payroll Team Lead

As a key member of our Managed Services team, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative organization. Our company is committed to delivering exceptional HR, payroll, finance, and integration solutions software and services to our customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and implementing process improvements to enhance our services. With a comprehensive onboarding program in place, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in payroll, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance our payroll services.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and service level agreements.
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
