Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Team Lead to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of payroll analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality payroll services to our customers.

As a Payroll Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of payroll analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality payroll services
  • Coaching, developing, and supporting the growth and development of team members
  • Implementing process improvements and fostering a collaborative environment to improve payroll operations
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and service level agreements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
