We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in a Generalist HR role. The ideal candidate will have exposure within a busy HR team, with a minimum of one year's generalist HR experience across the employee life cycle.

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home. As part of our collaborative HR team, you will provide generalist HR support to c260 employees, including dealing with HR queries, coordinating recruitment activities, and managing HR systems.

The successful candidate will report directly into the HR Business Partner and will be responsible for supporting the business with HR best practice, policies, and processes. You will also assist with L&D activities, review and update HR policies, and undertake ad-hoc project work.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility, with progression to a HR Advisor position. We are looking for candidates who possess a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently.
