Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Causeway Technologies. As a key member of our integration team, you will play a crucial role in shaping, preparing, and delivering integration projects post-acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure integration projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Take part in project meetings and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate project activities, draft project status reports, and ensure workstreams tasks are delivered on time.
  • Organize all project-related paperwork and communicate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives.
  • Coordinate project team members to ensure workflow remains on schedule and design and control the project schedule.
  • Prepare presentations to update senior management on project progress and showcase project value.
  • Track and communicate project risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar role, with end-to-end project management and benefits realization.
  • Experience in coordinating projects post-acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including proofreading and editing.
  • Experience working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads for self and others.
  • Experience with MS Office and project management tools like Visio and Notion.
