Festivals Edinburgh is committed to delivering exceptional events that showcase science, technology, engineering, and maths in an engaging and interactive way. As a multi-disciplinary events coordinator, you'll be part of our dedicated team working behind the scenes to bring these events to life.

About the Job

This exciting role will see you supporting the production team in delivering a wide range of events, from large-scale festivals to smaller-scale exhibitions and presentations. You'll work closely with our team to manage logistics, technical aspects, and safety considerations.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, including experience in areas such as:

  • Set and scenery construction and installation
  • Scenic artistry
  • Warehouse duties – auditing, exhibition maintenance, packing, and preparation of goods for upcoming or returning events
  • Electrics on exhibition and live events
  • Understanding of sound, lighting, AV equipment
  • Stage crew
  • Electronics
  • Stage Management

Your ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask effectively will be essential in this role. A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per year will be offered based on experience.
