Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to join our team at The Advocate Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to accelerate retail growth in the UK market.

Key responsibilities include business development, account management, promotion and pricing strategy, marketing plans, NPD pipeline, new business acquisition, data analysis & insight, and sales & stock forecasting.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work with a rapidly growing personal care brand with ambitious plans to transform the category.

The company offers modern, stylish products at an affordable price, prioritizing efficacy, sustainability, and education. Their products are stocked in prominent UK retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, Argos, Asda, Sainsburys, Sephora, Very, Ocado, Lloyds, and Selfridges.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus bonus and a range of benefits including hybrid and flexible working arrangements, new office space, on-site gym, on-site café, pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and product allowance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in sales, account management, and business development.
