The Opportunity

We're currently seeking a Blue Badge Enforcement Manager to join our Parking Services team within the Neighbourhoods and Housing directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our communities by transforming the way we work and placing residents at the heart of everything we do.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and will receive a shift allowance and weekend enhancements as determined by their rota. They will also have detailed knowledge of the Highway Code and relevant parking legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforcing parking regulations and issuing fines where necessary
  • Providing high standards of customer care and excellent communication skills
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
