Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Projects Coordinator to join our Compliance Chain Limited team.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • You will confirm orders, manage project details, and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Proactive customer engagement, credit control, and efficient management of installation schedules are essential aspects of this role.
  • You will create Works Orders, handle warranty customer schedules, and address customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Achieving accurate reporting and providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally are crucial components of this position.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and adhering to company policies are also vital responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering high-quality customer care services.
  • Experience in managing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic software packages.

Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on location and experience.
