Data Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Compliance Specialist to join our team at LT Selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive data management and compliance duties within educational training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Oversee the data handling of learners ensuring all information is accurate and well-maintained across various databases.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Conduct rigorous compliance checks to ensure all data management practices adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
- Registration and Certification: Manage all aspects of learner registration and certification processes ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Progression Tracking: Monitor and document learner progress and destinations providing detailed reports on outcomes.
- Independent Initiative: Employ a proactive approach to work independently managing tasks and resolving challenges efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience in data management and compliance preferably within an educational or training environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in database systems and relevant software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior involvement with Skills Bootcamps or ASF provision will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with educational compliance regulations.
