About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team at Morgan Sindall Construction. As a key member of our Construction business, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all activities related to the document control procedure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence to ensure compliance with company formats, templates, and standards.
  • Setting up and managing the timely completion of operational and maintenance manuals.
  • Maintaining documents and drawings, providing a full comprehensive traceability of change.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of electronic document management systems and be educated to NVQ level or equivalent.

You should also have strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing, and selected job-specific software.

Regular travel to and from sites in the Norwich and Ipswich area will be required in this role, so applicants must hold a driving license.
