Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Controller to join our team. As a Document Management Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of all project-related documentation, maintaining compliance with ISO 19650 standards and facilitating the smooth and accurate flow of information between project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the uploading, management, and quality assurance of documents using the Asite document management portal.
- Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information between project teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing document-related support to the Programme Office.
- Proven experience using Asite software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems such as 4-Projects, Aconex, etc.
- Knowledge of project document control procedures and standards, including ISO 19650.
- Proven experience in document control, ideally in construction or engineering projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in document control, ideally in construction or engineering projects.
