About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team at Morgan Sindall Construction. As a key member of our Construction business, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all activities related to the document control procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence to ensure compliance with company formats, templates, and standards.
  • Setting up and managing the timely completion of operational and maintenance manuals.
  • Maintaining documents and drawings, providing a full comprehensive traceability of change.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of electronic document management systems.
  • Education to NVQ level or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, as well as knowledge of spreadsheets, database, word processing, and selected job-specific software.
  • Valid driving license for regular travel to and from sites in the Norwich and Ipswich area.
