Trinity Fire & Security Systems is seeking a Fire Suppression Engineer to carry out maintenance and fault finding of fire suppression systems. The ideal candidate will liaise with our Service and support departments to provide exceptional servicing to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out maintenance and fault finding of fire suppression systems.
  2. Deliver excellent customer service by providing a high standard of problem solving and customer relationships.
  3. Operate in accordance with the Company Handbook and all quality standards and health and safety requirements.
Accountability
  1. Ensure customers have fully functioning fire suppression systems before leaving the premises.
Key Competencies

Skills
  1. Experience working with electrical fire alarm and associated systems.
  2. Understanding of cable containment systems.
  3. Professional communication with customers, end-users, and in-house staff.
Technical Knowledge
  1. Understanding of basic building service systems.
  2. Basic Electrical Safety training.
