We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Development Department as a Retail Development Advisor. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in delivering our company growth strategy and helping our retail partners thrive.

The role offers a unique opportunity to develop and build strong commercial relationships with existing retail partners, driving business growth and improving retailer loyalty. You'll work closely with the trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate and ensure all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, plus performance-related bonuses, is on offer for the right candidate. Other benefits include free health cash plan, onsite parking, company pension contributions, birthday off each year, 32 days holiday, company car, laptop, and phone.

As a key part of the company's strategy, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets. This will involve developing and implementing mutually agreed joint business plans and ensuring all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved.

You'll spend a significant amount of time in-store with retail partners, so effective time management and project delivery skills are essential. You'll also work closely with the trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate.
