Electrical Project Director

Established in the Building Services sector, Curve Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team near Cambridge. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects valued up to £5M. A valid ECS Card and Time Served Apprentice or relevant Electrical qualifications are essential requirements for this role.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and execution of electrical projects, coordinating with project management teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure all works meet industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess effective planning and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficient budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis skills are also essential. Additionally, good people management and motivational skills to achieve project goals are crucial.
