About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Technical Specification Manager to join our Commercial Sales team. The successful candidate will drive the growth of Eurocell's products by building relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, commercial developers, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- IDentifying and capturing project opportunities that align with the commercial sector's growth pipeline.
- Engaging with architects, commercial developers, Housing Associations, and Local Authorities early in the specification process.
- Providing expert advice on product design, technical solutions, and compliance with legislation.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders, and the fabricator/installer network.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet specification requirements and are delivered on time.
- Playing a key role in supporting contract and tender negotiations.
- Providing hands-on support throughout the customer journey, ensuring that the specification process moves smoothly from initial enquiry through design, planning, and project delivery.
- Proactively generating leads by networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive basic salary of £50,000 per annum.
