Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Reed Hospitality & Leisure. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes, developing and innovating breakfast menus, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate.
  • Develop and innovate breakfast menus, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Provide exceptional service, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for breakfast cuisine.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
