Job Description

**Business Development Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, and follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to client requests.
  • Act as a product champion, providing technical expertise and support to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and service.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand our product offerings and services.

Requirements:

  • Electrical or electronic bias knowledge and experience is essential.
  • Driven, tenacious, and looking for a role offering huge development opportunities.
  • Ability to organize a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks.
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
