Sales Leadership Opportunity

Safestyle is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Recruitment: Drive recruitment activity for sales professionals to meet set targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and development to ensure the sales team meets company standards and policies.
  • Lead Generation: Encourage the sales team to generate leads through approved methods and manage leads from internal sources.
  • Customer Presentations: Present the approved finance presentation to potential customers, adhering to FCA regulations and internal policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a track record of exceeding targets in sales and marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within the home improvements industry is ideal.
  • Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruiting sales professionals is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and guide others to achieve targets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines in a targeted sales environment.
  • Adaptability: Proactive approach and results-driven with a flexible attitude towards varied workloads and working hours.
  • Customer Service: Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service and committed to continuous personal development.
  • Transportation: A driver with a full UK driving license and own car.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £24,000 with OTE between £50,000 - £100,000.
