As a Mental Health Nurse working within the team at Practice Plus Group, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, and creating treatment options for individuals in need.


You will undertake medication rounds, assess and treat patients who may have experienced traumatic events, and provide support to those who are distressed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs using evidence-based frameworks
  • Risk assess and develop treatment options using sound clinical knowledge
  • Ensure timely and effective referrals to relevant services
  • Make clinical judgments regarding immediate and long-term treatment needs


This is a full-time position, and you will receive an annual salary up to £38,115 per annum, depending on experience.
