Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse - Band 5

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a Band 5 Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients with severe and enduring mental illness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of adult patients with severe and enduring mental illness
  • Develop and implement psychosocial interventions and positive health promotion strategies
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Nursing Degree or Equivalent RN (MH)
  • Understanding of issues surrounding confidentiality and security
