Compliance Electrical Surveyor Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Compliance Surveyor to work within our Fire, Electrical & Asbestos compliance team. As an Electrical Compliance Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties meet electrical workstream compliance legislation and guidance.
Your key responsibilities will include working with contractors and tenants to deliver planned and programmed installation and maintenance contracts, undertaking site supervision and monitoring of work in progress, and assisting with Health and Safety inspections.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of relevant legislation and qualifications, as well as a proven ability to review Electrical Certification (DEICR, DEIC). A flexible and enthusiastic approach, a positive attitude, and full driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential.
Salary: £37,051 per annum
