Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Compliance Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our properties comply with electrical workstream legislation and guidance.

Key responsibilities will include working with contractors and tenants to deliver planned and programmed installation and maintenance contracts, conducting site visits and Health and Safety inspections, and assisting with quality and assurance activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and qualifications, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. A flexible and enthusiastic approach, a positive attitude, and full driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential.

Salary: £37,051 per year
