About the Role

A unique opportunity exists for a skilled Business Analyst to join the global delivery team at Sage. In this role, you will collaborate with senior web strategists, delivery managers, and team members to identify continuous improvements and enhancements to www.sage.com. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with colleagues across Sage to capture, analyze, and document project requirements, often working across multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will support the evaluation of the current Sage.com landscape to identify and document user journeys, pages, functional elements, and content elements. You will work closely with the analytics lead to analyze these experiences and pinpoint testing opportunities. Collaboration with the platform lead will involve assessing the feasibility and impact of potential changes, determining necessary development and content requirements, and evaluating solutions such as Sitecore or supplementary technologies. Additionally, you will gather accurate user stories and acceptance criteria, develop comprehensive implementation and delivery plans, and ensure clear requirements traceability by logging all references in Jira.

Requirements

This role requires experience in a Business Analyst or Project Management type of role, with Project Management or Agile qualifications (certification in either is a must). Familiarity with digital functions, including SEO and GECO, is also essential. A comprehensive understanding of business systems optimization and digital experience transformation is necessary to excel in this position.
