**Trials Administrator**
**Winnersh, Wokingham, RG41**
**£267.69 per day** (PAYE only)
**Hybrid, Full-Time**
**Length of Assignment: 3 months** (with likely extension)
**Hybrid role**: The training period will be full-time in office, then flexi/hybrid working thereafter with a mandatory 2 days in the office per week.
**Job Role**
As a Trials Analyst you will be collating the homework results from Survey Monkey (current trial data) and using Excel up to VLOOKUP/pivot table to present the data at project meetings.
Will be attending and running go/no go meetings, and training on this will be provided.
You will be accountable for the provision of support and advice to the business to identify needs and enable decision making. You will help plans and deliver robust, flexible technical trials in accordance with business requirements and solution designs; support those solutions in line with agreed SLAs and provide technical guidance to key stakeholders and customers, both internal and external.
**Role duties & Responsibilities**
- Supports projects in understanding the end-to-end customer journey and the impact of faults on the overall service. Actively promotes suggestions to improve both the current processes, procedures and technical strategy.
- Ensures the alignment of software / hardware with the project.
- Provides end-to-end understanding and business expertise for delivery, change and operational support.
- Provides estimates for small works (Trial incentives).
- Fully documents all new processes.
- Ensure appropriate governance controls are in place.
- Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Recruit internal staff trialists and maintain participation levels.
- Set homework for Trialist via Survey Monkey, working with the Project Stakeholders
- Compile and maintain a risks and issues log and triage any feedback before going back to the project.
- Work with the engineers allocated to the project to understand the issues and be the focal point for the trialists.
- Generate weekly reports in PowerPoint for the project.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants and stakeholders.
- Excel skills to Pivot level and PowerPoint knowledge
- Attention to detail - Examples on CV is required
- Confidence to present data to senior leaders within the business.
