Job Title: Vice President, Client Engagement

About the Role:

PRGX Global, Inc is seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Client Engagement to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their expectations are met, and achieving their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and primary contact for the client.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the Client Experience team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Represent PRGX at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand and foster new relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in client engagement, client relationship management, or similar role on large and complex client engagements.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading the function.
  • Deep subject matter expertise of the source-to-pay and/or procure-to-pay cycles.
  • Strong leader with a passion for clients and their success.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, problem solve, and find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
