Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Technical Instructor to join our team at 2000 SPTS Technologies Limited.



Key Responsibilities



  • Design and deliver training programs for SPTS customer service engineers on SPTS transport systems
  • Develop structured training courses to meet the knowledge requirements of CSEs
  • Partner with the multimedia team to create online training courses and AR/VR applications
  • Provide training to SPTS customers at our training facility or on-site
  • Collaborate with the SPTS engineering teams to develop training for new products
  • Conduct face-to-face training sessions and provide first-level support to field engineers
  • Work with the Technical Support team to standardize solutions and capture knowledge


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in semiconductor vacuum equipment
  • Proficiency in instructional techniques and design
