Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor L4 to join our team at 2000 SPTS Technologies Limited. As a Technical Instructor L4, you will be responsible for delivering training to SPTS customer service engineers on the installation and repair of SPTS transport systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for SPTS customer service engineers
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware and instructional guides
  • Collaborate with the multimedia team to develop online training courses and AR/VR applications
  • Provide training to SPTS customers at our training facility or at their site
  • Work closely with the SPTS engineering teams to develop training for new products

Requirements

  • Education to degree level (BA/BSc)
  • Experience of semi-conductor vacuum equipment
  • Proficient in Instructional Techniques and Design
